平常说的“买房”英文怎么说？
我们常说的“买房”基本是指买(一个楼层的)的一套房子
美式英语中常用apartment
英式表达是flat
所有买房 = buy an apartment（美式）/ a flat（英式）
例：
They have a house in the country and a flat in Manchester.
他们在乡下有一栋房子，在曼切斯特有一套公寓。

“搬家”英文怎么说？
“搬家”可以直接用动词move
例：
We're moving to Paris.
我们要搬到巴黎去了。
而在英式英语中，则常用move house
例：
We're moving house next week.

如果要强调“搬进去”，可以用move into... 或 move in
例：
They've bought a new apartment, but it will need a lot of work before they can move into it / move in.
